About the Program |

|
The aim of the program is to develop students’ ability to analyze social and cultural phenomena related to music within the framework of research methods, theories, and new orientations in ethnomusicology, and to educate individuals who, in accordance with the principle of lifelong learning, are active, open to interaction, and capable of understanding and improving the environment in which they live. |

Graduates holding a thesis-based Master’s degree from the Institute of Fine Arts, Department of Musicology; Conservatory Opera Art Branch; Conservatory Music Major Art Branch; Music Major Art Branch; Institute of Educational Sciences, Fine Arts Education, Music Teaching; and Social Sciences fields may apply. Note: Applications from candidates whose academic background does not meet the specified eligibility criteria will not be considered. |
