MASTER’S DEGREE

About the Program

The main objective of the program is to convey the concept of art and design to candidates who wish to understand, synthesize, equip themselves with, and further develop knowledge across different art and design disciplines. Candidates who meet the announced eligibility criteria may apply. The portfolio must be submitted in the form of an A4-sized booklet. Audio-visual materials may be submitted on a USB flash drive.

Graduates of the following faculties and departments may apply to the Master’s program:

  • Faculties of Fine Arts

  • Faculties of Art and Design

  • Faculties of Fine Arts and Design

  • Faculties of Design and Architecture

  • Faculties of Architecture and Design

  • Faculties of Communication

from the undergraduate programs of Visual Communication Design / Communication Design, Animation, Photography and Video, New Media, and Digital Art and Media.

Note: Applications from candidates whose educational background does not meet the student source requirements will not be accepted.

Scientific Examination: Written Exam (60%) + Portfolio (40%)

Written Exam:A written or multiple-choice test examination will be conducted to assess the candidate’s knowledge of art and design, including key concepts, artists, artworks, and art events.

Portfolio: Candidates must submit a portfolio file containing their art and design works produced during their undergraduate education and, if applicable, afterward, on the announced written examination date. The portfolio must be submitted as an A4-sized booklet. Audio-visual materials may be submitted on a USB flash drive.

Since the portfolio file is considered an examination document, it will not be returned to the candidate and will be archived.

Final Evaluation Score: Scientific Examination (50%) + Cumulative Grade Point Average (50%)

Note: Candidates must bring a BLUE ballpoint pen for use in the written examination.
